TEAMLTD HAPPY HOUR RECIPE: 10 Simple Summer Drinks

10 Simple Summer Drinks

Now that things are starting to FINALLY open up, you may be getting ready to host or attend social shakers and mixers again. Woah, we know, crazy right? If you’re like us then you can’t wait to get back to drinking with your crew. Well, we want to help you make these reunions even more legendary, so we made this list of 10 super easy and delicious cocktails for you to try.

1. Pina Colada Vodka Water

What You’ll Need:

- Rum

- Pineapple Juice

- Coconut Water

- Fresh Pineapple

First, grab a glass then fill it with ice. Pour in your desired amount of rum, pineapple juice, and coconut water. Give it a stir and garnish with pineapple.

2. Wine Punch

What You’ll Need:

- Wine (red or white, pick your poison)

- Fruit Juice

- Sprite

- Frozen Strawberries

Grab a glass and fill it with frozen strawberries (or whatever frozen berries you have on hand). Then, pour the glass about half full with wine. Top it off with some fruit juice and sprite. We used cranberry juice here and it was unreal.

3. Dark N’ Stormy

What You’ll Need:

- Ginger Beer

- Lime

- Dark Rum

This classic cocktail is super strong and super easy to make. First, fill your glass with ice and top with ginger beer. You’re going to want to leave about an inch of space at the top. Now grab that lime and squeeze its juice into the glass. Then pour a shot of your rum into the glass. Now stir, garnish with lime and serve.

4. Blue Lagoon

What You’ll Need:

- Blue Curaçao

- Lemonade

- Sprite

You know the drill. Grab a glass and fill it with ice. Now pour in your desired amount of alcohol. We recommend making it a double for more blue, more booze, and more fun. Next throw in your desired amount of lemonade and sprite. We prefer more lemonade than sprite but that’s totally up to you. Now garnish with a big slice of lemon, or don’t, whatever floats your boat, and enjoy!

5. Malibu Bay Breeze

What You’ll Need:

- Malibu Rum

- Pineapple Juice

- Cranberry Juice

Making this drink is dangerously easy.  Just add equal parts of Malibu liquor, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice drink into your glass then stir and serve with ice. Choose your portions wisely.

6. Watermelon Margarita

What You’ll Need:

- Tequila

- Lime

- Frozen Watermelon

- Blender

Grab your blender and throw in your desired amount of tequila, lime juice, and frozen watermelon. Now blend until you get a smooth slushy texture. Then pour and serve. You can also shake this one on ice - which would you choose?

7. Moscow Mule

What You’ll Need:

- Ginger Beer

- Vodka

- Lime Juice

This classic bev is so quick and simple to make. Pour these three tasty ingredients over ice, serve and enjoy.

8. Mimosa

What You’ll Need:

- Champagne

- Orange Juice

This drink is a must-have for weekend brunch and it’s so so easy to make. All you need is a glass, fill it up with champagne and leave about an inch at the top then top with orange juice. If you want to spice up this classic cocktail you could try adding some cranberry juice. Now let the magic happen (but also don't you dare judge anyone who only wants a drop off OJ... we feel that).

9. Lemonade White Wine Punch

What You’ll Need:

- Lemonade

- White wine

- Vodka

- Frozen berries

Grab a pitcher and pour in your bottle of wine. Then add in your desired amount of vodka and lemonade. Next, add in your frozen berries, we recommend blackberries but any berry will do. Stir all the ingredients then put the pitcher in the fridge for a few hours. READY FOR ACTION.

10. Spiked Cranberry Lemonade

What You’ll Need:

- Vodka

- Cranberry Juice

- Lemonade

Another simple and delicious bev to wrap up our blog. At this point, you’re a veteran at making cocktails. Grab your glass and fill it up with ice. Now pour in a *few* shots of vodka. Then fill your cup up almost to the top with lemonade and add a splash of cranberry juice. Now all you have to do is stir, serve and enjoy this bev. And don’t be afraid to add a little lemon garnish to spice it up.
